When do I book my room?
We advise students to reserve as soon as possible as rooms are very popular with spaces becoming very limited towards the start or the academic year.
Do I need a deposit?
We operate a No Deposit policy at Park Village
Is there an Application fee?
There are no application fees to pay in order to secure a room at Park Village
When will my move-in date be?
7th of September 2024
Do I need to bring furniture?
All furniture is provided, the only items you will need to bring are you bed sheets, towels and kitchen items such as pots and pans.
Who can I put as my guarantor?
You can put anyone over the age of 18 as your guarantor. We accept both uk and international based guarantor
Where is Park Village in relation to the Universities?
Park Village is only a short walk to each of the universities. Both can be reached in around 15 mins on foot.
